We Offer highly competitive compensation and benefits in comparison to other agencies. You will most likely find that our compensation plan is 25% higher. Compensation is paid based on an hourly rate, and our pay rate is based on experience and training.

Certifications we require
Our caregivers should have core caregiver certification or similar certification from prior experience. If you lack certification, Peak Moments will offer a training course to you. Future increases in pay will be tied to certifications and training you have achieved.
Employee ownership program
Begin building ownership value from Day 1! With every hour worked, you will increase the amount of shares you are able to receive once you qualify to become a Peak Moments shareholder. Shareholder qualification happens when you achieve 1,000 hours 9 months of service with peak moments and have graduated from level 1 through level 5 courses.
